Do you have a Therapist?

No, but I did meet with a mental health specialist once in college to discuss some things that had been stressing me out. Nothing came of it because it was too late in the year for me to get real results before returning home.

I have three therapists, one who gives me my injection who is a nurse, and I talk to her about my condition, the other is my regular therapist, and the other is my therapist who takes me out for walks or coffee or to doctor appointments.

No..should probably have a whole team of them though. Did counseling for a couple months when I was younger but from what I remember the guy I was going to wasn't very good at all.

Yeah, but I don't see her regularly anymore; I only get a certain number of appointments on my insurance annually and after that it's $150/hr.
