Why is the blame always placed on a political party for what happens in the USA?

That has become very common on here and it's totally ridiculous, like people automatically blaming the left when someone posts about a mass shooting. You just found out that people died and the first thing you think about is what political party may have been responsible? 🤦🏼‍♀️

It is done intentionally to keep people divided. And people continue to fall for it on both sides, instead of getting to the root causes of why this keeps happening.

The leaders a nation has are not a desease, they are a symptom. They show you what the people choose to put up with and what they considered worth putting in charge of their present and future. So when you want to complain about politicians you might as well cut the middle man and complain about yourself and your peers :) (not just USA all nations).

Exactly, it's disgusting. Regardles if that's even true (which it's not) it's a tragedy and people are using it to politicize. In any case, my deepest condolences go to the family, friends and loved ones of the victims.

It's new isn't it? These things used to be about rallying the country and handling whatever the crisis was as a nation. Or that's what the president always said in the speech!

If that's what people are doing, then shame on them. I think that demonstrates their personal lack of compassion and humanity.
Dogama and cognitive inflexibility.

Well stated, it occurs far too often on both sides.
