If I feel I am dealing with someone that will pause and give me an opportunity to give my view, then no.

If, however, I am dealing with someone who will not pause, then I won’t just interrupt them, I’ll talk over them.

Everyone should be heard so even I would know the best answer/solution, I would still wait until the person is done with sharing thoughts/opinion.
