I usually prepare to know all the details and important facts from the previous jobs I had, they love to hear about previous experiences, because that's like the juicy part, not just "name 3 of your strengths and weaknesses" chatter. Plus that's the part you should be most comfortable with talking about anyway. And I think that would make you feel less nervous.

I think a lot people giving interviews actually like it when interviewees are nervous. It shows that you're taking the interview seriously and aren't overconfident.

I deal with it by being prepared. Also, it’s useful to look forward to something after the interview and focus on that.
