Under what circumstances do you think medical confidentiality should be disregarded?

When you yourself are in no position to reveal your own medical history.. e.g. If you are in an accident and are unconscious.. that is the only time when patient confidentiality goes out the window.

If its other ppls business then they should know...ones medical usually isn't though
In case it's blood-borne, or any disease transmitted by direct contact.
