[c=#7700B2]yes murder is still murder if you murder another murderer. Maybe in special cases it could be looked at differently as I believe it does happen on occasion. Things taken in consideration of self defence and mental state.. laws are there for a reason and if anyone feels justified in being able to murder others for doing the exact same thing. they are no better and should be prosectuted the same [/c]
@PlumBerries exactly, no one has the right to punish another person by what they believe is the right punishement. If I asked "would you punish someone who keeped thieves locked up for years for stealing?" the answers would be different. There's a justice system for a reason, otherwise there would be a complete chaos. If someone feels they should serve justice on their own, they're responsible for spoiling social cohesion.

Personally I wouldn't but I'm not in control and I probably wouldn't know how to make laws without backfiring anyway... I would miss how things link up and loop holes lol
It'd be funny if you charge them with death penalty. It'll be like killing someone who killed someone for killing someone and thinking that's justified.
@HannibalAteMeOut Apologies, my comment didn't really answer your question. It came to mind while i was on my phone. I think they should be punished. In the TV Series Dexter, he's a serial killer but works for the police to solve murders as he understands how they think. But then if they elude justice he kills them to satisfy his need for killing. This is dexter lol...
@HannibalAteMeOut I'd pay for his service's. 👍 Rapist, serial killers, men who abuse and molest women and children. I'd take them all out myself, but then I... Well, you know.
