When hot: Cold drinks. Running cold water upon my wrists. Applying cool washcloths to my pulse points. A cool bath. Fans. Visiting air conditioned places. Resting.
When cold: Drinking hot tea. Wrapping in a warm blanket. Cuddling when I have a boyfriend. Drinking hot chocolate. Doing exercises. Wriggling. Singing. Talking positively. Dancing.
