From where you are, where does the grass look greenest?

Invisible · 26-30, M
The grass should look greener the further away you look, assuming you're standing in a field
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@Invisible Really?
Invisible · 26-30, M
@Andrew19EightyFive Well, yeah. There's more grass and more surface area to reflect light the further away you look
pennynoodles · 56-60, F
Right outside my back door.
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@pennynoodles Not the front lawn grass? 🤔
pennynoodles · 56-60, F
I only have block paving or gravel out the front. ....not quite the same. @Andrew19EightyFive

I don't go by how it looks. I go by what I know.
And I plan to water the grass I stand on.

@Andrew19EightyFive So, when you go to that spot that 'looks' greener, you look back and see, it is the other side that is greener.
Visual is an illusion.
Nurture what you have, let it be the green you want.

@SW-User I think that what you see can often be kind of like what you feel, and both appearances and feelings can be deceptive. How you feel may change the next day.

@Andrew19EightyFive Yes. But not because something else looked better but because what I am standing on doesnt work for me anymore. :) There is a difference.

meJess · F
@Andrew19EightyFive In March yep
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@meJess In March? 🤔
meJess · F
@Andrew19EightyFive March is winter here
katielass · F
It's still dead.
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@katielass Lack of rain?
katielass · F
@Andrew19EightyFive we've actually had a lot of rain the past week or so. It's still winter here but should be changing soon I hope.
Bean17 · 46-50, F
On the other side of the fence, of course!😅

people who own their own homes...that's it
A little higher up on the hill.
We shall see. We’ve had our first heavy rain this year after almost 5 months with none. 🌿
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@bijouxbroussard We've had a severe drought here in CT and the grass in the backyard looks like it's kinda patchy.
