Do I want to change jobs

So here's the situation I'm working a government facility that's run by a contractor recently we had a changing contractors. I do my job I do it well and out of my 19th staff only two probably dislike them the rest family absolute best boss they've ever had. The only reason the two dislike me is because I've had to write them up for leaving the job without authorization.

So anyway this new contractor has all the sudden decided they want to ride up every single person either write them up or coaching session as they call it so anyway Friday a week ago I received the coaching session everything on the coaching session was bullcrap they said attendance I put in over 50 hours a week. The next one was lack of communication with my staff I went and print it off my emails that I send to my staff every single day for one month it was approximately a half inch thick. Develop a written training program already had one.

Here's where it gets interesting right after this coaching session I get back to my desk and a federal agency has been trying to get me to be interested in a job they are fixing to have open. They've asked me three different occasions if I would be interested and my response is I'm always open to looking at anything that could improve my family. Well anyway the guy called me who's been trying to recruit me to apply for this other job and basically I would be getting anywhere from a 20 to a 30% pay increase 100% government benefits and a retirement plan which the current company doesn't offer plus all federal holidays. He didn't know for sure but I also might get a vehicle for this position.

So my basic train of thought is if the current company doesn't want me I should at least go somewhere I wanted the only reason I really have stuck with this new company is because I enjoyed my staff and respect my staff.
