I need to realise that just because I feel alone, it doesn't mean I should allow to have toxic people back into my life. 馃槳 I don't know why my brain is doing this to me. I don't know why my brain is choosing to think about this one person who I haven't spoken to in almost 3 years. I blocked them on Facebook because of what they said to me. More like told me. Last night I had a dream about them and today has been just non stop painful memories and thoughts about them.
