@SW-User I understand, but some of those people might be asking because they went through something like that or knew someone who did
Don't look at it as weakness, look at it as you were broken down to the point that you were weak then but you won't let yourself be anymore, make them a reminder of how much stronger you are now and do all that you can to live up to that
