I Am Submissive

I am lost. I can’t take a breath deep enough to feel like I’m getting air. I can’t stop crying. I am just floating today, what do I do without guidance?! I don’t know what to do. Without rules there is chaos...which is my mind set now. I lost Him, had to let Him go, have to move on...but how? I’m broken. I can’t cope.😓
