Off grid capabilities set up, but equipped with regular water/electricity etc. The cabin would have a fairly lg (for the space) open kitchen, living room, and dining room. The rest of the rooms can be small. Two or three bedrooms and at least 1.5 baths. Large wrap around porch. And land for gardening and a mini farm.

Always has a vase filled with fresh flowers every morning.

Anything large enough to fit a skate park inside.
