It can be done but there is a technique. Tools can be rented.

Look into Bruce prefinished 3/4 inch hardwood flooring. It’s a great product.

Even simpler is prefinished laminated flooring. It’s cheaper but not the same quality.

I would say it’s not easy. You have to make sure the planks are really tight against one another. Also real hard wood or the laminate ?

I have,and i would say that if you are pretty good with a skill saw or miter saw,then you should not have any big issues.It's usually about a two person job though.

I helped with some in this building. It wasn't so difficult, if your back and knees can handle it.

I don't know, I've never tried to install them. I'd rather have carpets.
