What's your favorite kitchen appliance & why?

Appliance?? Insta pot I guess. Or one of those electric pans. Have an air fryer, but would rather throw it in the trash then use it.

Air fryer cooks without adding a lot heat to the kitchen like an oven does

Mixer, saves a lot on the wrist.

dishwasher it takes care of everything so i can relax

Oooh. It’s a toss up between the instant pot and the vacuum sealer.
