Do you take frequent breaks after doing chore?

I cleaned both bathrooms so good that the Coronavirus will back out of the house & move along. 🚽🛁🧽🧹🦠🧻🚿🧿

@SW-User yes I would work by sun up till about 10 p.m. at home and just stop about 20 minutes for meals

I need to sit down too after cleaning or cooking because I have a bad back.

Usually. I find housework too boring not to give myself a reward, of a break, and do something more fun, (or mentally stimulating) in between tasks.
