@Stereoguy I would recommend that anyone approaching retirement age have a doable plan in place to be debt free upon retirement. It makes life so easy when the burden of a mortgage and car payments no longer exist....
my number one consideration when choosing a place to live is the kitchen. i don't care if my room is small, if the bathroom is ugly, but i need a big kitchen with lots of counter space. i love cooking so its important for me to have a kitchen that makes me want to cook there.
More than a "neat concept", having the w.c. separate from the bathroom.
It was common, even normal, practice for well over a century, ever since house- builders started putting the loo indoors; though for some reason it seems less commonly done now.
