Wouldn't help. Not even a gunman running and shooting at cops through the complex lowered it. In fact they increased the rent since then twice. Added value I guess. 😅

@DeWayfarer They shouldn't have increased the rent. You can go to the Rent Tribunal. You don't have to pay as much for a house with an outside lavvie.
