How long do you stay somewhere before you get the urge to move and start over again?

I made it almost five years in one place this time. Typically I hit the “fuck this, scorch the earth” point between year two and three.

Currently 17 months and I wanna do that,but I kinda like here for easy location closer to family but I prefer live in the city ,idc if it's a bad area once there's a view

I used to feel the urge to wander about every 2 years. But as I got older, I can stay in one place longer. If I like the city I'm in, I can spend about 10 years there before I grow restless.

It really depends, but I'm actively saving to move out of the country within a year or so.

I haven’t had that feeling in a long time.
