Yeah I wake up thirsty as hell needing to pee so I pee and then get water. If I'm smart I put a water bottle by the bed then I take it with me as I bolt to the bathroom. Two birds one stone... Drinking on the toilet

@lancetroy its not. Its a water bottle so its sealed and I live alone so any unseen bacteria is my own

Good morning ... yes I have a ritual . Stretching followed by 200 push ups and sit ups. Sounds like a lot but only takes about 12 minutes . Then bag work .... Everyday ! 😁
