What was the last home repair/renovation you have undertaken?

I've not yet finished
water leaked in through a windowsill and lifted paint
I scraped the whole area and I have yet to
polyfilla and paint it
I felt unwell and It's about time to sort it out

it has been awhile but i am about to begin some big ones

Painted the entire house, does that count?

I think it was the chimney rebuild.
