We let someone i thought was friend move in so her, her boyfriend and 2 kids wouldnt be homeless because they where being kicked out so we let them come up only asked they to pay eletric which was normally $150 well they moved up it jumped to over $300 so we said fine pay $200 and we will covor whats left well now they have done over $2000 worth of damage to our house but my husbands biggest thing is they should pay for the floor they ruined by letting there cat piss all over it and not cleaning it up we now have to rip up all the flooring up and fix it so we are just asking $400 fo get the plywood and click laminate even though we now have to get new couches new dishes because they burnt scratched let mold grow in them like crazy we have to replace seals on the kitchen sibk from then throwinh spounges up there and letting them mold and rot the seal we have to redo the piping because they poured candle wax down our sink and more

so long story short is it wrong for us to demand the money to fix just the flooring they ruined and ask them to leave?

I would ask them to leave, but if they were kicked out...there is a guarantee they won't have any money to fix your floor.

You could file a civil suit against them. They should pay to replace what they broke.
