I Just Had A Mental Breakdown

I had a flashback in my sleep. It was when I was force fed meal replacement at the institution. They handcuffed & strapped me to a chair, put an IV tube up my nose & injected it that way. After that, the voices in my head kicked in, I woke up & banged my head against the door so hard that I fell afterwards. My uncle rushed in, picked me up, put me on his lap & just held me until I stopped crying & hyperventilating. I love him for it.
