I say have the belly become bigger then add two sizes to the breast.

I think they are fine, but it's up to you wither you want them smaller or larger for the next time.

I think they should be smaller. Overly large breasts (or bellies for that matter) tend to cause the viewer to suspect that the breasts are fake, and therefore, draws attention to any defect.

I don't know about that, but that furniture needs further consideration.
