Is this a safe game ?

My brother plays the game Hotel Hideaway on his phone I had an awful time with that game I tried it a while back I couldn't figure it out. He said it's his favorite game and it's an addictive game too. Is this a safe game though ?

Never played it or even heard of it before but after Googling it, it looks like another Second Life or VRChat or something like that. I’ve never even tried those kinds of things before.
