Life is...strange

I finally played Before the Storm. Its awesome to have a better understanding of Chloe. Now I want to replay the first Life Is Strange with this understanding.

It was also weird to go back after playing Life Is Strange 2 but interesting to throw into sharp relief they've improved upon with 2, the features, mechanics, art style, and details they expanded on, and some of the things they kind of moved away from. For instance, there are no artsy mysterious scenes in 2.

I kind of hope they recover some of the creative elements like that in the next one, while keeping the attention to detail they've achieved. In 2 I really got a since of the characters daily life and routines, history, relationships, and rounded personalities (even of characters we barely saw like Dad and Lila) just from Sean's phone, journal, and environmental details.

Anyway... I can't wait for the next one!

I need to play before the storm and 2 at some point. Played the first and it was excellent. Which ending did you go for the first time?

@ViciDraco Very fair

@coffeedimplez it also felt like going in back time and undoing the entire game sort of erased the meaning of going through it all 😆

@ViciDraco I see what you mean but I look at it this way. There was no way she would pass up an opportunity to save Chloe's life if she hadn't gone through of all that and seen the consequences of changing things that were meant to happen. In a way her gift just allowed her spend a lot of extra time with her best friend before she died.
