I mean kinda, but people play for multiplayer. The story is only like 5 hours long and multiplayer isn't that fun. If you like open world games like Fallout I recommend both The Outer Worlds and Outer Wilds. Outer Wilds is a shorter game with a cool time reset mechanic every 22 minutes so it's a groundhog day style game. The Outer Worlds has a decent story, kinda short but great game.

@horrorfreak Yeah a good RPG made by the original creators of the fallout series its like peanut butter and chocolate combo.

@Firespirit Hopefully the sales of TOW saves Obsidian and they can make bigger and better games in this world to replace the gap left by Fallout because I guarantee the next Fallout game won't get anywhere near the hype it usually has since the whole 76 thing happened. Would be amazing to get a new Outer Worlds game every few years with more planets, bigger monsters, and crazier stories to just completely fuck Fallout. I mean it seems like TOW is gonna save the company from going under, plus now they have Microsoft behind them.
