Why isn't there a computer game, that would mix dragons, WWI fighter planes, spaceships and LSD-powered superbadgers together?

Naturally, the balancing could be a bit tricky, but that's why there are both Alpha and Beta testing phases.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had a dice and paper role playing game that could include all of that. So balancing an RPG for computer wouldn't actually be that hard.
