Anybody know of a good MMO that is free to play? (maybe with paid upgrade later if i like it)

Shroud of the Avatar has a free trial. It's a buy once game if you like it. And there are extra things you can buy if you really like it, which are mostly cosmetic. Property deeds are usually most easily bought, but are kind of pricey and can be found occasionally with in game gold or you can buy premium currency from other players for in game gold to then buy property. It's not for everyone but if you check it out and like it let me know and I can introduce you to a pretty active guild.

@ViciDraco looking at some game play footage it seems just like an mmo i usually play. definitely gonna give it a shot. might even take u up on that guild.
