I believe Red Alert 3 is an accurate summarization of both Russia and Japan.
I'm sure Japan has giant robots and Russia has trained war bears.

@Fangirlsarah1996 When I was in SD and took the bay tour they mentioned the training facility where dolphins were at to look for underwater mines and such.
Also, I liked the narrative that [i]Generals[/i] provided, I feel it is playing out right now.
