I'm tossing in my vote for BotW, but to be honest I haven't experienced many games with weather systems.

@Fangirlsarah1996 To further discuss, I like how zones had weather consistent with their environment - jungles were almost always rainy and full of lightning with a few peeks of sunshine. The mountaintops always were snowy and windy. In the plains, variable all the time. Rain meant you had trouble climbing but also masked noise when sneaking up. Lightning F'n hurt and was randomish.

@SW-User Agreed, it's nice how weather actually meant something other that being something to look at.

@Fangirlsarah1996 Oh, and I forgot about ambient temps too! Swapping clothes from day to night in the desert, or similar!

I haven't played everything, but GTA5 is pretty amazing. The time span of one day is compressed into an hour I think, but the rain, snow, sunrise, sunets etc are amazing. LOTRO (lord of the rings online) isn't too bad either. I'm guessing there must be a lot better.

@LvChris I do feel like Skyrim has a nice weather system in and of itself though...it's sadly inconsequential and does little to effect gameplay.
Fallout 4 however does have Rad-storms.
