Which was the hardest enemy to kill in a video game?

Not hardest as in difficult, I mean emotionally difficult...as in, it was difficult to pull the trigger.

Not being able to save Blackbeard in AC4 Black Flag was really frustrating. I suppose historically he had to die.

Choosing the wrong decision in the Witcher 3 also meant Ciri would die. I felt a lot of guilt that day.

@SW-User Well, I didn't expect it to be as good as the original trilogy...but even with tempered expectations, it fell flat.
