Who hasnt? It's why we have bottoms, to fall down and get back up again!

Someone I used to know had a sign above his desk which said "I may make mistakes - but being wrong isn't one of them."

Resilience - and learning from our mistakes - is what it's all about. And being humble enought to say "I fucked up!"
