I've Made Mistakes In Life

I made the mistake of not taking college seriously and nearly failed my first semester last year, ended up on academic probation. This year I'm a sophomore and doing much better.

I'm glad to hear it. My grandson did great his first year, and became over confident. Completely flunked out in his sophomore year. He lost something when that happened. Lost his self confidence, developed an anxiety disorder and hasn't been the same since.

@SW-User Me too. But it's the reason I'm glad to hear when someone says college is going well for them. I think young people need to be confident, which he was, until he let himself down.
