I Jog

Struggling the first four days this week, just 20 miles of cardio, 16 jogging, 4 walking. My body and mind are both telling me too back off this week....

Hehe... I found it hard to do it as well. To start is the hardest one lol... But you're there so better to keep on it! 馃槉

@cloudi Do you run or walk? or both? Just do a little every week and build from that. Run at least five days a week, take different routes. Do hills sometimes, keep it simple but challenging. Take a break when your body tells you to. Run outside, the treadmill is just picking your feet up and you breathe in your own stuff. Learn how to breathe correctly when you run. If you are ever panting, walk first before you start to run.

Keep focused, maintain a goal and work toward it. Enjoy it and feel good when you run. Be happy and don't focus on times but just run for say a half hour and build from there. You can do it.... I lost 80 lbs in one year walking and running. Just be determined and good things will happen :)
