Are women as likely to be perverted as men? [I See Perverts]

The word "pervert" usually conveys the image of a middle-age man who fantasize about younger people, or who have "unusual" kinks or sexual preferences.

Can women be as perverted as men? I mean, is the percentage of women who are considered "perverted" roughly the same as the percentage of men considered perverted?

And there's the difference between "being perverted" and "being considered perverted". Are women with "pervy" kinks considered hot and adventurous, while men with the same kinks are perceived disgusting and gross...?

Thoughts?

Women are just as likely to be perverts as men are but less likely to be considered perverts. In general, society tends to turn a blind eye to what women do. That's why terrorists (or freedom fighters depending on which side one supports) often use women to transport munitions.

This site, in fact the whole world, would be a far better place if we could get rid of those hate mongering busybodies.

@Johnblackthorn I know exactly how how this site operates. With only two admin and two moderators there's just no way to look at all the posts and replies of over a 100 thousand users themselves. Nor even just the images. I know this because I was an admin myself once a long time ago.

The site relies on either software or user reports to moderate. And even then they go on a "reputation" factor of those reporting.

In other words it's based on groupies and clicks that have nothing to do with the actual site operators.

It's also how a good deal of the site modifications are made. I know this because I have had "suggestions" actually used and all of my used suggestions were liked by many of those same groupies and clicks!

Any that were not liked by them just were not put into use!

So please...be real. That had nothing to do with legalities nor the admin and moderators themselves. Her banning was soley on the moral "minority" click!

This is similar the image removal process used!

Porn reports received.

CLUE! See flag warnings.

Number of reports analyzed by the software.

Reputation factors of the reports received calculated.

Reputation threshold met or not met by the software.

Report ignored with message or sent on to the admin.

CLUE! See ignored message sent to the reporting user.

Admin/moderators sees massive number of reports. Gives ok for the software to remove such images.

CLUE! all images on actual flagged post/reply removed. Not just one and not others.

Premade warnings given by software to offending users.

CLUE! All such warnings are the same. Not even a little bit different.

Gone are images none scene by the admin/moderators. Warnings given by software. Nor do they even want to see such images themselves nor make up warnings!

They have other things to do.
@Sharon actually my experience is that society is terrified of women enjoying sex and women's sexual pleasure and I know these things because a woman enjoying herself that way is something I very much so enjoy witnessing.

There is no gender attached to the word:

a person whose sexual behavior is regarded as abnormal and unacceptable.

I know more pervy women than men, the difference is the women hide it better and are more perverted.
Sharon · F
@Johnblackthorn I think you're right.

Can be just as perverted, maybe even more.

Yet the numbers just are not there. So men as a whole get the blame because of numbers.

Must note other women gang up on perverted woman far more than men.

Kiara was such a woman. And got banned for it. Mostly by women.

I think that's mostly due to society turning a blind eye, probably because it doesn't want to admit the truth. We see a similar thing with domsetic abuse. All the independent, academic studies have found the female on male abuse is at least as prevalent as vice versa but, as the police routinely fob male victis off with "it's not a police matter, sir", it appears to be almost exclusively male on female.

I'm not sure that's true. Women do tend to form "support gangs" (witness the #metoo bandwagon) so I suppose it could work both ways. My criticism here could be evidence supporting your view. ;)
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@Sharon my own experiences here actually contradict your view as well as the case in point i presented with kiara.

Believe me, I've seen certain girls being harassed because of their sex drive.

Fair enough. I'm going by my experiences and observations.

The word "pervert" (and its sloppy slang abbreviation "perv") has become used and abused so lazily it usually has little or no meaning.

Rather than describing harmful acts or people, it now seems applied to anyone merely for having erotic tastes or expressing them in ways that even if not harming or distressing others, are simply not those of the critic.
