I Was Born In The 90's

I live in a time capsule. My father fixed the VHS Player and we watched some old tapes. It seems like very little changed in this room since 1995. The same Christmas tree, the same decoration, the same lights on it, the same furniture...
Still there is one thing that looks quite absurd today: a palm tree right next to the Christmas tree. 🤔 I wonder if it was considered fashionable in those days, because grandparents had one too. Or they just couldn't find other place for them.
