I Am a Convicted Felon

Earlier this year I was arrested with a QP. They had 3 charges on me I was given a judicial diversion but I had a VOP last month and spent 12 more days in jail. So I’ll have these felonies on me for the rest of my life I’m only 22. My boyfriend has talked about us moving to a legal state after my probation so the charges won’t go against me as harshly. It’s so ridiculous people try to justify criminalizing people over weed.

Check to see if you can get it expunged from your record. As long as you are compliant with probation it shouldn't be a problem.
