I'm 684lbs and i can hardly move myself around, my skin has become painful and my back hurts but soon i won't even need to get up.

That's fairly young to die you know. But I guess it's your life to throw away if you want; not sure why it's a more accepted form of suicide than jumping, hanging, or shooting yourself though when it's definitely a more messy, painful, and absolutely awful way to go.
With it being worse if you end up not dying, and instead just becoming crippled for life attached to a rebreather.
