Is there a way to buy WiFi (hopefully cheap) online with PayPal?
Paypal that's not connected to bank or credit card.

PayPal has gotten a lot more strict on how money moves through them than when they first started up. I'm not quite sure what it is you're trying to do but if you need money in an "untraceable" format, I would suggest getting a Visa gift card. There's no name associated with it and some you can recharge over and over again if you want.

Not untraceable. I have a PayPal but no bank or card which is why I want it this way

In that case you may want to look into getting a PayPal gift card. That's probably going to be the best/easiest way to put money into your PayPal account.

@Reboot: I did but then the income I had on PayPal stopped soon after I ordered the card so idk if its valid anymore. I heard they take 5$ out of your account each month
