Why are smartphones so racist?

I got a smartphone today. A Samsung Galaxy S10e. Top of the line, they said. If it's so top of the line then why does it not respond to my hoof taps?
The agent even laughed at me. Laughed! At me! His dumb human hands with his dumb big human thumbs navigated the thing just fine but my magic or hooves do not work on the touch screen. I am touching it! I am tapping it right now and it's not doing anything!

Human phones are racist. It is completely useless to me right now. Though... at least it gives me some ideas for anatomical studies.
I gave the phone to one of my test subjects. I observed him browsing facebook and twitter. He made odd giggly noises at pictures of wrestlers.

I do not understand any of this. Can anyone clue me on in what the deal is with phones?

@SW-User I have nice, delicate hooves. I can tap keys just fine.. as long as it ain't one of them flat keyboards. Those are the devil.

They're not racist. They're speciesist. You must be a Gary Larson fan

@luv2fish I was sent back to this post by someone who made a new comment and now I am regretting it. The truth is racism exists and is everywhere, everyday even when you don't recognize it it is probably racism. This is because most of our deeply held racist beliefs are inherent. These inherent biases are exactly as they are described. Inherent. You can't rid yourself of then unless you become conscious of them and fight against them consciously. That , of course, requires a great deal of introspection and education to realize exactly how these biases are formed. Which is the reason why racism still exists but people who likely participate in it don't believe they are racist, even when they are.
