How addicted are you to the Internet, and how long do you feel you would be able to last without having access to your smart phone and or tablet pc ?

I need it when im alone at night or i might go crazy.

I don't have a smartphone or a tablet, but I do have a computer. There are nights that I'm on it quite a bit after my kids go to bed. I'm an information junkie, so it is easy for me to fall down the Internet rabbit hole fairly quick - I don't like to, but it happens every once in awhile. I'm sure I'd be addicted if I had a smart phone. It's actually the prime reason I don't have one. Too much screen time puts too much static in my brain and my ADHD brain can't handle anymore static... so I get by with a desktop computer and a 15 year old flip phone. Life is good.

i lost electricity the other night, well, my whole neighborhood did. So i read a book and practiced my french. it was a fun few hours. if forced to go without internet i would be fine for a few days

Although I'm on electronics all the damn time I'm pretty adaptable if I lose them in my experience.

same here sadly , heard there is a rehab for that, but if my life was more interesting i sure bet would attend it

I spent about a month in Mexico to spend time with and meet some family I have there...and couldn't do it. I brought books and notepads to draw on and even drew a lot on my phone...but you know I just had to go looking around to see where I could get wifi(As there was none at my grandma's house or rarely anywhere else.), I spent about a week or 2 though I'll say with none...then I shortly found out my aunt's house did and so me and my brother ended up going there almost everyday....😅😂

I just don't access when I'm asleep.

I have many faults but that is not one. I reckon I could live quite happily without all that internet and social media bs.
