Reckon it depends.
If you are talking ISP's charging you extra to stop capping the bandwidth they promised you, then yeah.
If you are talking hands around the throat, squeezing? Yeah, not a fan, especially if I don't ask for it first.
If you are talking the governor on my lawnmower, that keeps the B&S motor from going over 9000rpm, then yeah. I like it. LOL

This is what happens when we don't have net neutrality, and the ISP business is pretty much a monopoly. 5G will go a long way toward leveling the playing field, but politics may set us back, again, when protectionism trumps innovation.
