If Apple switches over from lightening to USB-C Connection for the upcoming Iphone, will that upset you?

For me yes because I will have to render all my lightening cables useless as well as devices.

As long as I don’t have to upgrade my laptop I’m good

I’ll probably always be an iPhone user
I like knowing the chances of my phone exploding are slim to none and that the chances of my personal info being hacked from my phone (like cc info from Apple Pay) is extremely rare.

My brothers cc information was stolen from his Samsung phone. They didn’t even need access to it physically 🤷🏻‍♀️

Same I don’t trust Samsung @KaysHealingPath

I think iPhone is a rip off. I have never had one, and I don't ever plan too.
SW-User
@SW-User nope. Costs too much.
@SW-User Cost and being locked down is my main things against it. I like the cameras though. They are good for point and clicks. But I like tweaking my pics anyway.

@canusernamebemyusername to each their own.
No I left I phone when they changed from the old plug, had they switched to USB-C I could understand it because they are going with what is standard with most phones but when they came out with yet another apple only plug to replace it I said not for me.
SW-User
Nah. I already have a phone with USB-C. I have a small adapter that i can use for pretty much everything. They sell them for lightning cables, too.

If I knew what you were talking about I could possibly be upset.lol
Northerner · 70-79, M
@Northerner Sorry if I seem ignorant but technology baffles me. lol
SW-User
It is simple, it’s the connection for what charges the iPhone that I am talking about. Never too late to catch up to technology:)@Northerner

Switched to wireless charging, I don’t care.
SW-User
@rockstar I use a wireless charger as well.
No. They're ridiculously overpriced
Rokasu · 36-40, M
They won’t.
SW-User
@Rokasu In a recent macrumors article it says they will by 2020.
Rokasu · 36-40, M
@SW-User Maybe. But not this cycle.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M

DDonde · 31-35, M
No, because I don't have an iPhone.
