What is special about the planet Saturn?

xRedx · M
The storm that's been going on for centuries in the shape of a hexagon

To humans, the ring system obviously stands out (although it's not the only local body with a ring system). Some say Saturn was influential in the early formation of the solar system and may have been responsible for forcing another planet of orbit, a planet now wandering space on its own.

Largest planet in our solar system.

@ChipmunkErnie yeah but... Saturn is bigger.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Hmm looked up the core's of Jupiter and Saturn. Recent guesses say Jupiter has a solid core 10 to 20 times as big as Earth, while Saturn's solid core is only about the size of Earth. And Saturn is mostly gas, same as Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus.

@ChipmunkErnie oh really! Well I guess I'm wrong about that.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
It's losing its rings faster than predicted.
NorthernBear · 51-55, M
God liked it so he put a ring on it

@NorthernBear Was there a marriage involved?
No human life anywhere to be found

We haven't got that far, so it hasn't been polluted.
