Will a system restore undo a 'system refresh'?
I just want to get my Sims back honestly...😟

@iamnikki I mean turn the power off of the WiFi for a bit. If you can do that. Your laptop or computer could have a virus. Making it run to hard. Is it over heating that could mean a virus.

@smileylovesgaming I had 2 issues, a virus and an internet issue. Looks like all is well now, except for my sims being gone.

I used to log in with Google ➕ so I don't loose my level when I still played sims. Nothing gets deleted that way cause your progress gets saved everytime you log off

Possibly, Ive done it before when I accidently got viruses or erased something important
