This is perhaps an I.D. TEN T problem, and definately the epitome of first world problems but any help/ advice would be appreciated

I recently bought a new DVD/ Blu Ray player. Today, I decided to finally hook it up and there is no place to hook up my satellite TV to it. Should I return it and get 1 that would work with my satellite TV? Or is there a way to solve this problem without going back to the store?
