I have a paperwhite and my son has the Fire.

The paperwhite is superior for reading out in the world. You can always read the screen no matter how bright the sun is.

He only reads in bed and in the car. So the fire is fine for him.

yes, a kindle fire. It's is a tablet and a book reader. It has [b]some[/b] of the 'popular' android games/apps but not all. I use it for books or surfin the internet when my phones battery is dead/dying..

Might as well get an android Tablet but I wouldn't recommend getting digital books from Google.

I do. Mine is old and I got it when they first came out. Pros for mine is you have many books in one. Cons you can’t see pictures... 😑

Pros - It only has your books and great battery life. Really for those who love to read a lot.

Cons - It is limited to books...I find myself reading off my computer more.
