It's a BauTeil Block. German for part block in Autocad. Used in Cad+T, an Austrian OEM version that does quite awesome things with paper space.

@MethDozer I am actually more nerd. Showing off is not a geeky thing to do, AFAIK, and knowing enough to break something is *definitely* not the same as knowing enough to fix it 😂 I am, sadly, still the former. Don't know if I'll ever settle enough to be the latter about anything...
