What is wrong with my oven?

I turned the heat up and a couple minutes later there was something lighting up inside. It was bright and it sounded like electricity. It sounded like Vegetas' Final flash when he's charging it up. Whats wrong with my oven? I was afraid that it was gonna get worse so i turned off the oven. Now i can't heat up my ribs😞
